The Nam Knights mission is to honor the memory of American Veterans and Police Officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty, to assist Veterans, Military and Law Enforcement in their time of need and to promote community awareness through sponsorship and participation in various fundraising events.
The Nam Knights Motorcycle Club continues to grow and thrive today due to the extraordinary dedication of its members, their families and our benevolent supporters. The membership is made up of 50% police officers (active and retired) and also 50% Viet Nam and other military era veterans, plus a few “Patriots”. They also support legislation for the benefit of veterans and veteran’s facilities.
Led by their President, John “Cheech” Richichi, the Nam Knights once again did their Annual fundraiser at the Polish American Legion in Pine Island, another resounding success! Hundreds joined the celebration of another amazing year of supporting all those that have served and continue to serve. Everyone raved about the BBQ and Shrimp and clams. The dedicated volunteers were all smiles even as the humidity and rain storms loomed over the day. There were Nam Knights from many different regions who came to support their annual event. Also in attendance was Orange County Executive, Steve Neuhaus with his two sons, Dorey Houle, running for NY State Senate and Legislator, Paul Ruszjiewicz. WTBQ and Steve Neuhaus were honored when Cheech and the Nam Knights presented us with a plaque thanking us for all of our support. Thank you to the Nam Knights for all they do for those who serve and protect us and those who have served and protected.
