On Tuesday, May 14, Chabad of Orange County, led by Rabbi Pesach and Chana Burston, will be hosting a special Israel solidarity event with guest speaker actor-turned-hero Yadin Gellman at the Chabad House in Monroe.
On October 7th, Yadin, an actor who played an IDF soldier in Israeli movies, became a real life soldier – and hero. Gellman courageously defended Kibbutz Kfar Aza and Kibbutz Be’eri, battling vigorously and saving many lives until he was seriously wounded by Hamas militants.
As he recovers from multiple gunshot wounds, his passion and mission has become to retell his story and unveil the harsh reality of October 7th.
Yadin has been interviewed by CNN, New York Post, The Jerusalem Post and many other news outlets.
Advanced tickets required. Sponsorship opportunities available. Security will be present. Event is expected to reach full capacity. Reserve your space at ChabadOrange.com/hero
