This week, the Village will begin work to fully replace a culvert and bridge on Lake Dr. The culvert has been deteriorating for years and we are proactively replacing the bridge before it becomes compromised on its own. The work is scheduled to begin on Wed, May 19 and should last about one week. During this time, there will be no thru traffic between Meagan’s Way and Lake Dr.
This year, we will continue our 10-year plan of repaving ALL roads throughout the Village. The roads that will be paved are as follows: Lake Dr., Meagan’s Way, Locust Dr., Canover Ct., Birch Dr., Forest Dr., Dublin Dr., Meadow Ave, Shore Dr. and Waterstone Rd. (from the bridge to Windermere Ave). Paving is expected to take place in mid-June and is weather permitting.
