Mayor Harter: Park at Glenmere Temporarily Closed

Local News News & Updates

I hope everyone had a great Passover last weekend. For those of you who could gather and spend time with your family this year it’s nice that a sense of normalcy is returning to our lives as we see the light at the end of this pandemic.

I would like to remind everyone that from Apr. 1 to Apr. 14 the Park at Glenmere will be closed so that the DPW can operate machinery and work throughout the park with their equipment safely and efficiently. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If the project is completed before Apr. 14, we will open the park earlier than expected.

Also, the park passes go into effect on May 1; applications will be available on our Village website this week. All rules and regulations regarding this will also be online for you to review as well.

And finally, Happy Easter to you and I hope you will also be able to safely gather with loved ones and celebrate together.
