Hello Florida,
As the piles of snow begin to melt and the days get longer with warmer temperatures, I think we all can start looking forward to and preparing for spring! In the next few days, the Village Board will be discussing and planning a date for our bulk pick-up week. The residents will be notified of the dates and regulations for what can and can’t be picked-up by our DPW.
As the weather continues to improve, our DPW will also be focusing on our parks within the Village. This may require that the park at Glenmere Lake will be closed for a few days so that our heavy equipment and vehicles can operate in a safe and efficient manner. We apologize for any inconvenience that this causes our residents in enjoying the park.
We want to continue making more improvements for you to enjoy this year and we thank you for your patience. We will have a more concrete set of dates for this work to begin in the coming weeks and we will notify you when we anticipate starting the project.
