The Greenwood Lake Public Library is offering several programs in March.
For Adults: “Chair Yoga with Sara” Zoom classes are held every Monday from 11 a.m. to 12 noon for all ages and abilities. On Sat., Mar. 6 from 1 to 2 p.m., “TV Themes” will be presented by the Art Lillard Trio. On Thurs., Mar. 11 from 7 to 8 p.m., Brian Conway returns to share his fiddling talent in the County Sligo Style.
For Children & Young Adults: On Sat., Mar. 13, “Celtic Celebration with Barry and Jeri from Storycrafters” is a prerecorded program for ages four to nine. Enjoy Irish music, stories and folk lore in this virtual program to celebrate St Patrick’s Day.
“Bottoms Up Leprechaun Gnomes” will be held on Sat., Mar. 13 from 1 to 2 p.m. Participants in this Zoom program will learn how to make their own Leprechaun Gnome. Kits with the materials will be available for pickup.
Special Programs for Young Children: The ever-popular Virtual Story Time with Ms. Kristin will continue to stream via the link at www.gwllibrary.org. Registered children will receive story-related craft packets. Another program, “Music Play Patrol,” offers entertaining musical adventures for young ones.
