Veteran’s day is this Wednesday. Thank you to all the men and women who served this great country for your fellow Americans and our country’s interests abroad. To serve in our armed forces is no easy task; it requires many sacrifices from our military men and women. While serving our country, many are away from their families. Memories and milestones that they could have witnessed in person they have given up for us, the fellow citizen.
Going into combat or harm’s way, in either war or acts of terrorism they go forward to protect us, the fellow citizen. And when they come home, the mental or physical injuries they sustained while serving, they bear for us, the fellow citizen.
What you have done for this country and fellow Americans is truly appreciated and is not forgotten. Thank you to all those who have served.
