Orange County Arts Council (OCAC) annual gala, “The Art Affair” will take place live on Thurs., Oct. 29, from 6 to 8 p.m., in its virtual speakeasy, via Zoom. This year, OCAC honors Cooper Boone of Foundry 42+; E’Lissa Jones, musician, composer and music teacher at Warwick Valley High School; and David Church, former Orange County Planning Commissioner.
In addition, the gala will feature performances by the Greater Newburgh Orchestra, conducted by Russel Ger; Swing music by The Lucky Five; and original music by E’lissa Jones. Rounding out the event will be an auction with a variety of items and experiences sourced from Orange County retailers and artists. Items will be listed on OCAC’s website one week prior to the virtual event. There will also be a raffle.
