I have been asked many times recently about whether the Village will be allowing Halloween activities this year. I just want to make it clear – if the Governor allows Trick or Treating, we will allow it as well.
We hope that parents, kids and residents will use caution, just like any year, in how they choose to participate in this tradition. Large gatherings such as Oktoberfests and the Chamber’s Trick or Treating on Windermere are unlikely to proceed. Despite all that is going on, it would be great for everyone to decorate as festively as they can in the upcoming holidays.
