Greenwood Lake Police Officer Jason Dwyer (left) is pictured with Jackie Foschini. Officer Dwyer presented Jackie with an ice cream certificate for wearing her helmet while riding her bicycle. Officer Dwyer said the police department is stopping children who are wearing their helmets to thank them for following the rules, being safe & rewarding them with a certificate to the GWL Ice Cream Shack.
