Mayor Dwyer: Village Hall Reopening

News & Updates

With the completion of the recent grant funded handicap accessibility project at Village Hall, we will resume “regular” operations beginning on Wed., Sept. 2. Operating hours for Village Hall are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Face masks are required while inside the building, according to the governor’s executive order and we will only allow two visitors at a time. The building inspector’s office, clerk’s office and mayor’s office will all be available to meet during any of these times.

My office, however, meets 24 hours a day, seven days a week as needed. We will continue to have the clerk’s and building form drop box available at the police dispatch office for those choosing not to come into Village Hall. The court clerk’s office will be open as well for forms and payments. If you have questions, I would recommend calling rather than stopping by in person.

At this time, we are not allowed to open senior centers. We will inform the public as soon as we know we can safely and legally open.

Contact information is as follows: Village Hall – 477-9215; Building Inspector – 477-9217; Village Police – 477-9211; Court Clerk – 477-9218; and Village Mayor – 477-9215 or cellphone – 845-283-7993.
