The Warwick Fire Department (WFD) has responded to 239 calls for service to date and were very busy during the weekend. Firefighters were dispatched to a structure fire on Bellvale Lakes Rd. Upon arrival, a four-bay garage was discovered fully involved and mutual aid was called to the scene as well as for standby at our fire stations.
Thank you to the volunteers who responded, and to the mutual aid companies, Chester Fire Department, Greenwood Lake Fire Department, Florida Fire Department, Pine Island Fire Department, Monroe Fire Department and West Milford Fire Department, that assisted, as well as the Warwick EMS.
Also, during the weekend the WFD was dispatched to a utility trailer on fire on County Rte. 1 near Horseshoe Ln. Upon arrival the trailer was burning and the first responding units stretched the lines, put the fire out and did overhaul. Thank you to the volunteers who responded as well as to Warwick Police Department for their assistance.

Please refrain from completing electrical service in your home without hiring a licensed electrical contractor to consult and complete service in your home. Please remember our pets during summer months and during carbon monoxide emergencies if they are vomiting don’t ignore the signs.
