Why do we have zoning laws? So, they can be pushed aside when a developer comes along? Are backroom deals being done? Is the property on West Street not zoned for three houses? So, what gives? Where does the idea of a massive building proposal come from and why is it even an issue? The zoning law is clear.
Why destroy a precious beautiful part of Warwick and cement it over for profit? Hands off Pulpit Rock, Is this the only property in Town to build a hotel? Find a place that would be a better fit. Why build where you are not wanted?
Warwick Planning Board – please say no to this madness. It is never wrong to do the right thing. Pulpit Rock forever, big hotel never.
