The Warwick Fire Department (WFD) will hold the 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony on Fri., Sept. 11 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the 9/11 Memorial in Veterans Memorial Park, located at 60 Forester Ave. in Warwick.
The WFD is working together to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and strictly adhering to the policy of mandatory mask-wearing. If an attendee or a child, are unable to remain six feet apart from others, then masks must be worn in accordance with Executive Order No. 202.17: “Any individual who is over age 2 and able to medically tolerate a face covering shall be required to cover their nose and mouth with a mask or cloth face-covering when in a public place and unable to maintain, or when not maintaining, social distance.”
