Small Things Inc. continues to recognize healthcare heroes with its Truckloads of Gratitude campaign. On Tues., July 14, a “Host a Hero” lunch package was provided to the Medical-Surgical unit at St. Anthony Community Hospital in Warwick. The meal included empanadas with rice, sweet plantains, and cupcakes, prepared and delivered by Small Things Inc. partners Empanada Master and Crumm Cakes Cupcakes & Baked Goods.
This gift of gratitude was sponsored by a Warwick resident with appreciation for the “very kind and compassionate care” received during a recent stay at the hospital.
