G.L. to Hold Independence Day Parade

The Village of Greenwood Lake will hold their Independence Day Parade on Sat., July 4 at 11 a.m. The parade will be led by the Village’s 2020 Citizen of the Year, Jack Rader. The parade will begin at the intersection of Jersey Ave. and Windermere Ave. and will end at Willow Ln. by Fitzula’s Gift Shop. The Village’s traditional fireworks display will be held in September.

Jack Rader (right), the 2020 Village of Greenwood Lake Citizen of the Year, will lead the Village’s Independence Day Parade. He is pictured with Village of Greenwood Lake Mayor Jesse Dwyer, who presented him with a plaque last February, prior to the pandemic.
