Orange County Executive Steven M. Neuhaus recognized local first responders during National Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Week, which runs through Sat., May 23.
“Our dedicated EMS agencies, both volunteer and commercial, serve Orange County with commitment and pride every day,” said Neuhaus.
Deputy Commissioner Frank Cassanite, Division of Emergency Medical Services, reminds residents that first responders are dealing everyday with the COVID-19 pandemic and noted this is difficult for providers of all ages and levels of experience.
