Now in its 27th year, the Warwick Valley Farmers’ Market is excited to announce its opening day on Sun., May 10 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon in the South Street Parking Lot in the historic Village of Warwick.
Farmers’ markets are open as essential retail businesses while New York State is on P.A.U.S.E. The market will take place but with some precautions in place. The market is continuously making changes to their procedures to protect customers, farmers, and staff, and to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
Everyone is encouraged to adhere to the following safety protocols to protect themselves, fellow shoppers, and producers. There will be one entrance and one exit to the market. Wearing a face covering inside the market space will be mandatory. Maintain six feet distance between yourself and all others in the market place and on line to enter the market.
Each vendor will have their own separate line. Additional protocols are listed on the Market’s website and social media accounts. For the most up-to-date information, visit www.warwickvalleyfarmersmarket.org or follow on Facebook and Instagram: @WarwickValleyFarmersMarket.
