Warwick High School is proud to select senior Jesse Hazard as this week’s Bill Garcia Allstate Student–Athlete of the Week.
Jesse plays guard for the basketball team and goalie for the lacrosse team. Jesse and the Lady Wildcat basketball team finished the regular season 16–4 and earned a spot in the Section IX Class A tournament.
Jesse has had an outstanding senior year, earning an academic average of 96.7. She takes a challenging course load that includes advanced placement courses for college credit in Psychology and Government. She is a member of the Sports Medicine Club, Empty Bowls, Interact Club and the Physics Club. She will be attending the University of Buffalo and majoring in Occupational Therapy.
Jesse is the daughter of Dawn and Michael Hazard, of Warwick. She has a twin sister, Chloe, who is also a senior at the high school, and a sister, Claire, a junior in college.
