Behrent & Sgombick are Athletes of the Month – The Warwick Valley Dispatch

Shawn Behrent and Shannon Sgombick have been named as S.S. Seward Institute’s Student-Athletes for the month of January.

Shawn is a senior Spartan and a two time varsity basketball player. This year, he secured a starting role. Shawn is the number one three point shooting threat, and he brings a lot to the game with his versatility.

Shannon is a freshman and a two year starting point guard on the varsity basketball team. Her skills and awareness on the court are major assets to the team’s success.
