Samantha Weissberg, of Warwick, who attends Misericordia University in Dallas, PA, recently participated in a student-faculty research project entitled “A Comparison of Platelet Rich Plasma and Oxygen Ozone Injections in Patients with Knee Osteoarthritis: A Systematic Review’’ as part of the graduate Doctor of Physical Therapy program.
The project was presented on campus as well as at the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine 96th Annual Conference in Chicago, Ill.
The Doctor of Physical Therapy program at Misericordia University is a 6½-year professional program in which students receive a bachelor’s degree and a doctor of physical therapy degree.
