The wide screen TVs in both the main dining hall and the downstairs dining room at Schervier Pavilion are especially useful during spectacular sports events. So, on Sun., Feb. 2, residents gathered to watch Super Bowl 54.
It was an opportunity to enjoy a cold drinks and traditional snacks, including barbecued chicken wings, pretzels and a fruit platter.
“It was fun for our residents to watch this game together,” said Schervier Pavilion Director of Recreation Kari Call.
“We hosted this and other events to give our residents an opportunity to share a popular tradition. And we’re happy that they were able to enjoy this Super Bowl party,” Call said.
Schervier Pavilion Recreation Aide Roselle Egan arrived at the Super Bowl Party at the Schervier Pavilion on Sun., Feb. 2 with a tray of cold drinks and traditional snacks, including barbecued chicken wings, pretzels, and a fruit platter.
