A scholarship honoring Frank Seeber is being started by Warwick Rotarians thanks to money donated to the service club by Frank’s daughter, Debra Lennox. Frank, who died recently, and his family are long-time owners of the Warwick Drive-In. Frank joined the Sussex Rotary Club in the early 1970s and later transferred his membership to Warwick. His wife, Ann Seeber (right), & granddaughter, Ilana Crozier, presented a $1,000 check to Warwick Valley Rotary Club President Tina Buck (left) to help establish the scholarship.
