Warwick High School is proud to select senior swimmer Sean Corrigan as this week’s Bill Garcia Allstate Student–Athlete of the Week.  Sean is a four year varsity swimmer and team captain as well as a top swimmer in the 50 and 100 freestyle events.

With the outcome of the meet in the balance, Sean was instrumental in the Wildcats’ dual meet win at Middletown, anchoring the 400 free relay team that finished first securing the teams’ victory. The boys swim and dive team will be at Kingston on Wed., Jan. 15.

Sean maintains a solid B average in a challenging course load that includes advanced placement courses in US History and government for college credit.  He is a member of the Robotics Team. Upon graduation, Sean plans to study history and has narrowed his college decision to Misercordia University or SUNY Oneonta where he will continue to swim as a NCAA student–athlete.

Sean is the son of Sean and Caroline Corrigan of Warwick. His sister, Caroline (junior WVHS), and brother, Aidan (sophomore WVHS), are both rising student-athletes in Wildcat Country.
