Seely & Durland Insurance and the Selective Insurance Group Foundation partnered to support the efforts of Access: Supports for Living through a $1,000 grant. Access was selected by Seely & Durland for the grant as part of the Selective “President’s Club Matching Gift” initiative, which allows premier agents the opportunity to make an impact in the communities where they live and work by providing a donation with matching gift from the Foundation.
The President’s Club Matching Gift program is run by the Selective Insurance Group Foundation, a philanthropic affiliate of Selective Insurance Group, Inc. Together with President’s Club agencies, such as Seely & Durland, the Foundation has supported thousands of community-based and national nonprofits in regions across the country since the initiative began in 2002.
“All of us at Seely & Durland strongly believe in their mission and hold a very special place in our hearts for Access and the wonderful work that they do for children and families in need,” said Garrett Durland, Managing Partner at Seely & Durland. “As a President’s Club agency, we thank Selective for their generosity and commitment to the community with the Matching Gift program.”
The grant represents a $500 donation from Seely & Durland, matched by a $500 gift from The Selective Insurance Group Foundation. The grant will help Access’ mission to assist those with the challenges associated with developmental disabilities and behavioral health issues to live the healthiest and fullest lives possible.
